Dr. Kim A. Jobst
Dr. Kim Jobst is a physician, international speaker, and thought leader in integrative medicine whose career spans more than 30 years at the intersection of science, healing, and human purpose. A former consultant to the World Health Organization and medical director in academic and clinical settings, his work bridges conventional medicine with emerging fields in consciousness and systems thinking.

Kim’s central inquiry has always been: What makes us whole? This question led him to develop the Telos process—helping individuals and organisations uncover their highest purpose as a compass for healing, decision-making, and transformation. His approach combines scientific rigour with deep humanity, guiding clients through life transitions, complex health challenges, and profound personal change.
Clara Vávrová
Clara Vavrova is a systemic constellation facilitator, organisational consultant, and mentor whose work brings clarity and coherence to the most complex personal and professional challenges. Drawing on a decade of experience in constellation work, leadership development, and cross-cultural facilitation, she helps individuals, teams, and communities access the deep intelligence of the systems they inhabit.
